Our dried botanicals of Rose, Calendula and Cornflower help to soothe, rejuvenate and replenish the skin. Naturally scented with blend of therapeutic essential oils to promote balance, stabilization and to help ease tension for deep relaxation.

KEY BOTANICAL ACTIVES
Natural Epsom Salt - Epsom salt is a naturally-occurring mineral salt that has a high magnesium content. Magnesium is an essential mineral responsible for many biological processes in the body. Soaking in Epson salt allows your body to absorb the magnesium and sulfate ions, helping to relieve muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and relieve stress.

Pink Himalayan Salt - Pink Himalayan Salt is known as 'The purest salt in the world' along with many health benefits. It contains more than 84 trace minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium. Himalayan salt baths are believed to help improve circulation, detoxify, nourish and soften the skin, and reduce inflammation.

Calendula - Calendula is a powerful yet gentle and nourishing herb, used traditionally for minor skin inflammation and minor wounds due to its high content of vitamin A. Calendula has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties and can help to calm irritation and sensitive skin. 

Rose - Rose is recognized for its hydrating, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and is ideal to soothe and hydrate dry, sensitive skin. It is especially beneficial for sensitive and mature skin as it revitalizes and calm redness, improving overall skin tone.

DIRECTIONS
Bath Soak: Sprinkle 2-4 heaped tablespoons of Bath Soak salts into bathwater or use a cotton re-usable tea bag and drop it into the bathwater to reduce mess.

Foot Soak: Use 1 heaped tablespoon for a relaxing foot soak. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
