Please allow 3–7 days for your order to be lovingly prepared. The timing depends on whether the product is ready to go or needs to be made fresh just for you.

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. You’ll receive a notification with your tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days once collected by the courier, though busy periods may cause slight delays. Thank you for your patience — every order is made with care, just for you.

All our products are handcrafted fresh using 100% natural ingredients and a gentle, natural preservative system. To ensure safety and longevity, avoid introducing water into your products and always use clean, dry hands when handling them. Keep lids tightly closed and store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life is 12–18 months from formulation, and we recommend using products within 6 months of opening for the best results and freshness.

For specific guidance, please refer to each product’s label. With a little care, your skincare will continue to nourish your skin beautifully.

We recommend performing a patch test with any new product before first use. Simply apply a small amount to your forearm and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction or irritation.

Allergies or sensitivities can occur and may vary from person to person. Always read the ingredient list carefully and follow the directions of use.

If an adverse reaction occurs after using a product, stop use immediately and seek advice from your healthcare professional.

Our Baby & Mumma Range is thoughtfully formulated for pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum care. Made with natural and organic botanicals and butters, these products are gentle and free from essential oils unless specifically indicated.

While our skincare contains a low percentage of essential oils (0.5–2% depending on the product), it’s important to check which ingredients are safe for your body during this special time. Please read the ingredient list on the product label or website, and consult a healthcare practitioner to determine what’s suitable for you.
