When you’ve gathered enough Ritual Credits, exchange them for a reward voucher and enjoy it on a future order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I view my Ritual Credits?

Tap the Ritual Club icon in the bottom corner of our website and log into your account. You’ll be able to see your current Ritual Credit balance and any rewards you’ve unlocked.

When will my Ritual Credits appear?

Your credits will appear in your account balance once your order has been marked as Paid and Fulfilled in our system. For online orders, this typically happens after your order has been hand-packed and dispatched. Other credits, such as social rewards, will appear according to the relevant activity.

Do my Ritual Credits expire?

We recommend redeeming your Ritual Credits within 12 months. This allows you to accumulate your credits towards a meaningful reward while keeping your skincare rituals flowing throughout the year.

Can I use a Reward Voucher with another discount?

Our Reward Vouchers can’t be combined with another promotional code in the same checkout.
We recommend saving your voucher for a full-price order when you’re ready to replenish a favourite or discover your next ritual. Minimum spend requirements apply to Reward Vouchers.

Can I earn Ritual Credits when using a discount code?

Yes, you’ll still earn Ritual Credits on your purchase. Credits are calculated based on the final subtotal you pay after the discount code has been applied. You won’t earn credits on the discounted portion of your order or shipping charges.

Can I still use free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is still available on orders over $120. It will be automatically applied at checkout.

Can I choose local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available at checkout. Simply select Local Pickup as your delivery option when placing your order — no code is needed.

Is Ritual Club free to join?

Yes. Ritual Club is completely free to join, with no ongoing membership fee.

Where can I use my Ritual Rewards?

Ritual Rewards can be redeemed through the Generate Kind Co. website at checkout, subject to the applicable reward terms.

Can I use my Ritual Rewards to purchase Gift Cards?

No. Ritual Credits and Reward Vouchers cannot be applied towards the purchase of digital gift cards. Shipping charges are also excluded from Ritual Credit calculations.

What happens to my Ritual Credits if I return an order?

If you return a product or receive a refund for an order, the Ritual Credits earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your loyalty account balance. If a Reward Voucher was used towards the order, the voucher value cannot be refunded or re-issued as cash.

Can I transfer my Ritual Credits to someone else?

No. Ritual Credits are promotional, carry no monetary value and are linked to your individual account. They cannot be transferred to another customer, combined with another account, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
