Refund policy
We hope that your love your Generate Kind Co. skincare products, but if the product arrives and is faulty or damaged we are happy to offer a refund. Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note the following conditions apply:
- We are happy to make a full refund to you if your product is faulty or arrives damaged, within 14 days of purchase. To make a return and claim a refund, email us at hello@generatekindco.nz.
- To start a return, you can contact us at hello@generatekindco.nz. Please email us with your; name, order number, product name and a photo of the damaged product you wish to refund. We will contact you with return instructions within 3 business days. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address by Courier only: Attn: Generate Kind Co. Unit 14/35 Illinois Drive, Rolleston, 7614.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- In the rare case of an allergic reaction we are happy for you to return the product and we will exchange it for an alternative more suitable product. Please provide us with a photo of the reaction, product details (name and batch number) and proof of purchase when requesting a return of the product. If you are experiencing any allergic reaction, please stop use of the product immediately.
- We gladly accept returns caused by our error and will issue a refund or exchange in such cases. Notify us within five days of receipt of goods.
- Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.
- In the event of any dispute, Generate Kind Co. liability to you for your order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant order or products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@generatekindco.nz.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products and/or special orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your product.
