Our Gel Mask is our deeply replenishing leave-on Mask designed to restore moisture, calm sensitivity and support long-term skin resilience.

At the heart of this formula is OceanDerMX® Restore & Protect — a premium marine-botanical complex combining NZ Red Seaweed, Mamaku Black Fern, Green Tea and Blackcurrant. Rich in naturally occurring glycans, this bioactive blend helps attract and bind water within the skin, strengthen the skin barrier and protect against environmental damage.

To deliver hydration at every level, we’ve combined this complex with dual-weight Hyaluronic Acid. High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid hydrates and smooths the skin surface, while Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid penetrates deeper to support long-lasting hydration and visible plumping.

Soothing botanicals calm and comfort stressed skin. Aloe Vera and Chamomile help reduce redness and irritation, while Allantoin supports skin repair and softness. Pro-Vitamin B5 strengthens the skin barrier, improves moisture retention and leaves skin feeling supple and resilient.

Antioxidants from Green Tea and Blackcurrant help defend against free radicals from pollution and UV exposure — key contributors to dehydration and premature ageing.

Lightweight, cooling and fast-absorbing, this mask can be used as a 15-minute face mask treatment or as an overnight hydration veil when your skin needs extra care.

DIRECTIONS
Apply a generous layer of our Gel Mask to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then gently wipe away any excess with a warm cloth. Massage the remaining gel into the skin for added hydration and nourishment. 
For intensive hydration, apply a thin layer as an overnight mask as required. Follow with our Face Cream or Face Oil to lock in hydration.

NZ Red Seaweed – Naturally rich in polysaccharides, Red Seaweed helps lock in moisture, smooth the skin and support elasticity. Its antioxidant properties defend skin against free radicals, promoting a healthy, radiant complexion.

Mamaku Black Fern – A traditional New Zealand plant renowned for its soothing and restorative properties. Helps support the skin barrier, protect against stressors and maintain balanced, comfortable skin.

Hyaluronic Acid - Hyaluronic acid is a molecule naturally found in your skin and the connective tissue in your body. Over time, your body’s stores of hyaluronic acid decline. Topical Hyaluronic Acid can help rebuild those depleted stores as it is a supreme humectant, it attracts and binds to water molecules and increases the water content of the skin. It can absorb more than 1,000 times its weight in water. The key benefit of hyaluronic acid is hydration and it's unbelievable ability to retain moisture. Our Hyaluronic Acid is plant-derived, produced from by-products of the bacterial fermentation of corn, wheat and yeast extract. 

Sodium Hyaluronate - Sodium Hyaluronate is a form of Hyaluronic Acid which penetrates even deeper into the skin, helping to strengthen the natural moisture barrier and lock in hydration for a smooth and supple complexion. Our Sodium Hyaluronate is plant-derived, produced from by-products of the bacterial fermentation of corn, wheat and yeast extract. 

Chamomile Hydrosol - Renowned for its calming and soothing capabilities, Chamomile imparts extremely beneficial anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and anti-allergenic properties. Chamomile is useful for all skin types and is excellent for skin healing especially in irritated or inflamed skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, chapped and cracked skin, spots and acne-prone skin.

Pro-Vitamin B5 – A skin-conditioning agent that binds water into the skin, increasing hydration and softness. Once applied, it converts to pantothenic acid — an essential nutrient involved in skin regeneration and repair. It enhances the skin’s elasticity, reduces trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), and helps restore suppleness. D-Panthenol is synthetically derived to ensure purity and consistency, and is identical in structure to the naturally occurring vitamin.

Allantoin – A soothing and protective ingredient found in nature in plants such as comfrey, though commonly produced in a safe, lab-controlled process for stability and ethical sourcing. It supports skin repair by promoting natural exfoliation and encouraging new cell growth. Allantoin is known for its ability to soften keratin, which helps the skin appear smoother and more even, while reducing dryness and sensitivity.

Aloe Vera - Aloe Vera best known for its hydrating and soothing effect on the skin. It also provides healing, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. Aloe Vera provides direct moisture to the skin and moisture regulation. It also has a slightly relaxing effect on the skin making its greatly suited to sensitive and sun-exposed skin. 

Propanediol - Propanediol, is a natural humectant like Glycerin, derived from corn sugar. It helps to hydrate the skin by pulling moisture into the skin from the air and environment around us, It encourages water retention, improves absorption and effectiveness of other ingredients and contributes to the function and texture of our serum, giving it a light and a non-sticky feel.

This product comes in a recyclable & reusable amber jar. Return your bottles and jars to be cleaned and sanitized so they can do another round. Extending the lifespan of our packaging reduces unnecessary waste in landfill!
