Our plant-powered Kawakawa & Hemp Balm has all the natural healing properties of the NZ native Kawakawa plant as well as the added benefits of Hemp Seed, Calendula and Black Cumin.

An all-round multi-purpose balm, used as a healing balm, protective barrier balm and skin soother. It is full of super potent ingredients, yet gentle enough for sensitive skin. Formulated for ultra dry, cracked and irritated skin, or use as a preventative barrier balm.

Handcrafted with only the best, high quality, natural and organic ingredients. High in Omega 3, 6 & 9 essential fatty acids, helping to nourish and balance the skin, restoring the skin barrier and reducing inflammation for calmer skin.

KEY BOTANICAL ACTIVES
Kawakawa - Kawakawa is a beautiful New Zealand Native and has been used in rongoā Māori (traditional healing system) for centuries. Kawakawa's main active is methyoxybenzaldehyde, which is a compound that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Effectively reducing inflammation, and helping to protect against free radical damage. Kawakawa's holistic healing powers make it useful for a variety of skin conditions.

Hemp Seed Oil - Hemp Seed Oil is a softening, soothing, and healing oil that is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and essential fatty acids, including omega 3, 6 & 9 & GLA which help repair the skin barrier. It has a reputation as being called “Nature's most perfectly balanced oil” as it has excellent moisturizing and nourishing properties, helping to hydrate and protect the skin. Its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties help to soothe and calm irritated skin

Black Cumin - Black Cumin, also known as Nigella has been used since ancient times. Helping to promote healing for topical skin conditions. Packed full of nutrients, high in Vitamin A, B & C, along with minerals of Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc, giving the skin what it needs to recover, repair and restore its natural health and vitality.

Calendula - Calendula is a powerful yet gentle and nourishing herb. Used traditionally for minor skin inflammation and minor wound healing due to its high content of Vitamin A. Calendula has soothing, calming and anti-inflammatory properties helping to ease irritated skin. 

Mango Butter - Mango Butter is high in natural vitamin C, which helps to simulate the production of collagen. It is packed with antioxidants and works as an emollient to soften the skin. Its high essential fatty acid profile makes it effective in preventing inflammation and itching. 

DIRECTIONS
Apply balm 2-3 times a day to the irritated area, then daily as the skin begins to heal.

We recommend to patch test first with any new product.

This product comes in a recyclable & reusable amber jar. Return your bottles and jars to be cleaned and sanitized so they can do another round. Extending the lifespan of our packaging reduces unnecessary waste in landfill!
